Job summary

Interplan LLC - National Architects & Engineers in Lombard, IL, is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator to join our in-office team. You will set up sheets and drawings, ensure CAD and Revit standards, and support project teams with accurate drafting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in architecture, at least two years in an architectural office, Revit proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture required.
• Proficiency in Revit required; AutoCAD experience a plus.
• At least two years of architectural office experience.
• Experience in retail or restaurant projects a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with attention to accuracy and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Set up sheets and drawings with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure CAD and Revit standards are followed.
• Review work against markups and return revisions.
• Plot drawings to the correct scale and format.
• Provide drafting support to Project Coordinators, Architects, and Managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Set up sheets and drawings with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure that Interplan CAD and Revit standards and conventions are incorporated into all drawings
• Review completed work against markups prior to returning both the markup and revisions to the author
• Plot drawings to the appropriate scale and format
• Provide drafting support as needed to Project Coordinators, Architects, and Managers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Prior Experience

• Bachelor's degree in architecture required
• Proficiency in Revit is a must all candidates will be required to complete a Revit assessment
• Experience with AutoCAD is a plus
• At least two (2) years of experience in an architectural office preferred
• Experience in retail and/or restaurant projects a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and keyboarding skills
• A commitment to accuracy, consistency, and collaboration and a genuine enjoyment of working as part of a team
