Job summary

Heights Venture in the Chicago area is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator to support fast-paced project teams. You will coordinate documents, track schedules, and collaborate with principal, PM, and project architect to keep projects on time and within scope.

Ideal candidates have 3–10 years in architectural roles, a professional degree, and Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. The team offers robust benefits, PTO, and opportunities for continuing education.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-10 years of experience.
• Must have an architectural degree.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Proficient in SketchUp.
• Candidate should exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
• Architectural license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Principal or Project Manager for project and personnel issues.
• Reports to the Principal, Project Manager, or Project Architect/Interior Designer for project-related issues.
• Self-coordinate and manage time to develop project documents and lead project team under supervision.
• Direct, coordinate, and administer day-to-day project details.
• Participate in scheduling, coordinating, and interfacing with project team.
• Coordinate allocation of project personnel needs with supervisor.
• Investigate data required to develop the project and research codes.
