Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
1–2 years of experience in project management support or related role preferred.
Experience with architectural documentation and construction administration preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and managing architectural projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are maintained.
Coordinate design with the team to align concepts with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
Participate in client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items to ensure alignment.
Prepare and review design documentation, drawings, specifications, and reports with accuracy.
Assist in researching and applying building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
