Qualifications

• Requires 1–2 years of experience in project management support or related role.
• Background in architecture preferred; familiarity with architectural project documentation and construction administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and managing architectural projects to meet timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate design to ensure alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Attend client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items to maintain project alignment.
• Prepare and review design documentation, drawings, specifications, and reports for accuracy.
• Assist with building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory compliance for approvals.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify issues requiring action.
• Monitor budgets and schedules; propose adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure clear communication.
• Support quality control by reviewing design work and construction details.
