Job summary

SNIPEBRIDGE, a strategic talent solutions partner for AEC firms, is hiring a Job Captain for a client project in Carbondale. You will develop design and technical solutions, prepare construction documents, and coordinate efforts across teams to move projects forward with senior oversight.

You will lead design development through CDs, serve as a primary client contact on select projects, and research products to support development. Strong detailing and Revit skills are required.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture or design preferred.
• 5+ years of architectural experience with detailing and design development.
• Proficiency in Revit and rendering/presentation software; knowledge of codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop design and technical solutions for a range of project types and scales.
• Prepare design development drawings and construction documents with detailing.
• Develop design solutions for projects from SD through CD.
• Manage small projects across budget, schedule, and coordination with consultants.
• Serve as primary client contact on select small projects.
• Research products and installations to support design development.
• Present design ideas to teams and clients; contribute to marketing content.
• Flag critical issues early, including schedule and budget concerns.
