Job summary

RGLA Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Architecture Program Associate to support national rollout programs for our specialty brand clients. You will work closely with the Architectural Program Manager and Director on planning, drafting and site observation across a range of retail environments.

The role emphasizes collaborative teamwork, multi-project support and opportunities for professional development, including licensure support and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture required.
  • 1 to 3 years experience in Architecture preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning, monitoring and delivery of architectural services.
  • Develop Architectural Schematic Design and Drafting.
  • Conduct building code and landlord-tenant due diligence.
  • Interact with clients, consultants and project team.
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare site survey reports.
  • Assist in construction administration of projects.

Job description

RGLA Solutions, Inc. is a premier architectural and design firm specializing in delivering innovative retail solutions. We work on diverse commercial/retail projects ranging from specialty retail shops and shop-in-shops to airport retail and sports/entertainment shop environments. We are currently looking for a motivated and self-starter individual to join our collaborative team as an Entry-Level Architecture Program Associate and grow with us. As an Architectural Program Associate, you will work directly with the Architectural Program Manager and Architectural Program Director in supporting the national rollout programs of a variety of our national specialty brand clients.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Perform tasks relating to project planning, monitoring and delivery of architectural services
  • Develop Architectural Schematic Design and Drafting
  • Conduct due diligence related to local Building Codes and Landlord Tenant Criteria
  • Interact with clients, consultants and company management team
  • Conduct Site Surveys and Job Site Observation and prepare Site Survey Reports
  • Assist in the Construction Administration of selected projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture
  • 1 to 3years’ experience in Architecture
  • High degree of proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel for survey and job site observation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
  • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suites is a plus
