  • Produce and refine the preparation of design, project deliverables, and construction documents, ensuring they accurately and consistently meet project requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions, providing clear and effective communication of design concepts and project updates.
  • Research materials, building systems, and design trends, integrating innovative solutions into projects.
  • Review and ensure design and technical documentation accuracy, conducting quality checks and resolving design issues as they arise.

  • Advocate for and the integration of sustainable design practices within projects, aligning with the firm’s commitment to environmentally responsible architecture.
  • Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Perform general office responsibilities (library and material upkeep, assist in developing project/BIM standards, etc.).
  • Participate in cross-disciplined career development.
  • Engage in continuous learning opportunities, attend industry events, and participate in internal training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adapting to various roles within a project, whether in leadership or support, while consistently performing at a high level. Proactively handles tasks beyond the primary scope and adjusts to changing priorities to ensure project success, team collaboration, and firm excellence.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited program.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm, with a strong design development and technical documentation background.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
