Qualified applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, possess a professional license, and have over 15 years of architectural project management experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software is essential.

Licensed architect experienced in mid‑to‑large scale, complex projects, with the responsibility to deliver successful design outcomes on budget and within schedule. The Senior Project Architect balances technical requirements with the design vision and intent, taking ownership of the comprehensive study and documentation of the project during its development and execution. The position is responsible for communication, heightened design capability, and exact document execution. The Senior Project Architect drives collaboration and coordinates with a diverse internal and external project team, including client representatives, consultants, and contractors, maximizing the use of available resources.
