R & R Window Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Architectural Panel CNC Programmer to join our team in Easthampton, MA.

You will transform architectural drawings into CNC programs for custom panel fabrication and collaborate with project managers, detailers, engineering, and production to ensure accurate, efficient results. The role requires AutoCAD drafting and CNC programming proficiency, strong spatial reasoning, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD drafting and CNC programming is required.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and fabrication details.
• Strong computer, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Review panel layouts, fabrication details, and project requirements.
• Create project-specific material takeoffs and fabrication information.
• Develop fabrication and assembly drawings using AutoCAD.
• Generate and optimize CNC programs for architectural panel fabrication equipment.
• Create and maintain production cut lists and fabrication reports.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and production personnel throughout the fabrication process.
• Provide technical support to shop personnel during fabrication and assembly.
• Troubleshoot programming, fabrication, and production issues.
• Maintain accurate fabrication records and project documentation.
• Support quality control efforts to ensure compliance with project specifications and fabrication requirements.
