Job summary

Architectural Surfaces in Chattanooga, TN seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee large, complex projects, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will define requirements, track progress, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders while ensuring customer satisfaction and project alignment with brand strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a fast paced, deadline driven environment; wood/metal fabrication preferred.
• Proven success managing large programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Must have service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Define and refine requirements through a project life cycle.
• Be self-motivated and decisive, adapting to change and competing demands.
• Proactively communicate project status to account managers to address issues.
• Lead cross-functional team meetings to review scope and changes.
• Ensure deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Develop understanding of the customer’s brand and strategic direction.
• Investigate deviations from quotes and obtain approvals as needed.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information.
