Qualifications

• 2+ years in custom architectural millwork, cabinetry, woodworking, or related manufacturing.
• Previous experience leading or managing fabrication/production teams preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and plans.
• Experience with production scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality control.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to identify problems, make decisions, and implement effective solutions.
• Reliable, organized, accountable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fabrication operations and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate production schedules and assign/prioritize work for the fabrication team.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues before they affect quality or deadlines.
• Develop and implement best practices, standardized procedures, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with project management, design, estimating, and manufacturing teams to prepare jobs for production.
