Job summary

SERA Architects Inc. is seeking a Job Captain in Portland, OR to carry design intent into coordinated, buildable architectural documentation. You will work with Project Architects, Project Managers, and consultants to lead day-to-day technical coordination and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities include adherence to BIM standards, developing details with vendors, and coordinating permit applications. Strong Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program.
• 4–7 years of industry experience in an architect's office.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design intent with project team and ensure buildable documentation.
• Lead 1–3 staff; mentor and supervise.
• Develop BIM Execution Plan and manage Revit model.
• Support permits and client interactions.
