NY based firm specializing in high-rise luxury residential buildings seeking a Job Captain. We are seeking a candidate with 8+ years of experience, NYC high end residential design, mixed use buildings and commercial projects.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• 8+ years of experience
• Strong background in Revit
• Strong understanding of creating a set of construction drawings
• Strong understanding of DOB Documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pick up a project in midstream and run several projects simultaneously is required
• Experience working on design and production drawings for new buildings, renovations and alterations
• Diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices
• Uses advanced techniques, and has responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and material approval.
• Acts independently regarding architectural methods and complexities.
• Supervision and guidance mainly concern overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters.
• May supervise a small staff.
• Responsive and dependable to meet deadlines
