Job summary

EIGELBERGER | Architecture and Design is seeking a Job Captain to oversee projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with senior staff and manage all aspects of projects, including technical and design components.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and 3-7 years of experience with high-end projects. Benefits include a fully covered healthcare plan, unlimited PTO, and 401k matching. Salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000.

Qualifications

  • Responsible for production of all documentation from start to finish.
  • Able to engage in multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Guiding and mentoring junior staff.

Job Title: Job Captain

Position Summary:

The Job Captain will work under the guidance of senior staff, overseeing all aspects of a project, including technical, business, design, and administrative components. As part of a collaborative team, they will work towards creating meaningful work tailored to each particular site and client.

Qualifications
  • A degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • 3-7 years of experience with multiple high-end single-family residential or hospitality projects from concept to completion.
  • Manages and is responsible for the production of all documentation and significant portions of projects from start to finish.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Excellent listener and communicator, able to comprehend and disseminate information efficiently.
  • Experienced and possessing sufficient technical expertise to guide and mentor junior staff.
Requirements
  • All aspects of projects through all phases, from pre-design through construction observation (technical, business, design, and administration).
  • Using Revit at an expert level.
  • 3D rendering expertise in render tools that allow for photorealistic renders, setting up models for export to outside parties, and the ability to run renders using platforms like Twimmotion or Lumion.
  • Depending on project complexity, engaged in multiple projects simultaneously.

At the time of this job posting, the range for this position is 70k-90k. Actual compensation depends on experience, market factors, and internal equity factors.
