Job summary

Duties include BIM-based design, documentation, site visits, and coordinating with consultants across multiple projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing architecture/engineering studies or recent graduation.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and prepare docs.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work on 2–3 projects simultaneously at various development stages.
• Prepare designs and construction documents using BIM software.
• Document meeting minutes, specifications, and agency applications.
• Visit project sites and assist with site findings.
• Integrate consultants' information into Revit models.
• Assist with submittals, RFIs, and project correspondence.
• Prepare graphic materials for presentations and finish boards.
