Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an architecture degree and will graduate in 2027.
• Interested in internships or full-time entry-level opportunities in architecture/engineering.
• Eager to grow into a licensed professional and contribute to real projects.

Responsibilities

• Work on 2–3 projects simultaneously at different development stages.
• Prepare project designs and construction documents using BIM software.
• Prepare documents such as meeting minutes and project specifications.
• Visit project sites with a supervisor and document findings.
• Research materials, assemblies, and codes for design incorporation.
• Integrate consultant information into Revit models for documentation.
• Assist with submittals and RFIs by logging and routing documents.
• Attend and record meeting minutes and assist with project correspondence.
• Prepare graphic materials for presentations or documents.
• Select and prepare finish boards/materials for projects.
• Travel to construction sites and client meetings as needed.
