Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required in History, Architectural History or Historic Preservation.
• Strong knowledge of American architectural types and styles; ability to apply National Register evaluation criteria.
• Experience photographing historic resources; exceptional research, writing, and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking research on a variety of historic resource types.
• Conducting field surveys to identify historic resources.
• Evaluating resources for National Register eligibility.
• Preparing reports on historic resources pursuant to Section 106 of the NHPA and amendments.
