This internship offers a well-rounded experience across project delivery stages and on-site construction observation. You will assist with design, site investigations, and repair designs, learning in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program or completing a Bachelor’s degree with intent to enroll in a Master’s degree program in Architecture or related field.
• Motivated, takes initiative and has curiosity & desire to learn.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite; basic knowledge in Revit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of design, construction documents, and solutions to building envelope rehabilitation projects.
• Work with Project Managers or Inspectors to conduct on-site investigations, condition assessments, and construction observations.
• Assist in preparation of designs, repair quantity calculations, sketches, diagrams and schematic drawings.
• Research and maintain conformance with building standards, established architectural practices, and applicable building codes.

We are a team of restoration architects and structural engineers delivering projects that expand the functionality of buildings and facilities. We investigate, assess, and develop repair/rehabilitation designs for existing buildings. Our internship program provides a well-rounded experience on the various stages of project delivery as well as onsite construction observation.In accordance with pay transparency laws, we are providing a good faith estimate of the salary range for this position.
