Bullpen, a boutique architecture firm in Nashville, is seeking an Architectural Draftsperson to support hospitality, multifamily, and commercial projects from design through documentation.

A boutique architecture firm is hiring an Architectural Draftsperson to support a growing portfolio of hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects. You’ll work closely with the firm’s founder and senior architect, gaining direct exposure to projects from design through documentation.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who enjoys turning markups into accurate drawings. An early-career architectural designer who wants to build broader project skills could also be a fit.

What you’ll do

• Produce and revise architectural drawings in Revit.
• Translate markups from the principal and project architect into clear, accurate drawing sets.
• Support hospitality, multifamily, restaurant, and other commercial projects.
• Assist with field measurements and as-built documentation when needed.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on Revit proficiency is required; AutoCAD experience alone will not qualify.
• Experience preparing architectural drawings and incorporating markups.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working closely with a small team.
• Interest in contributing across different project types and stages.

Multifamily, hospitality, adaptive reuse, and as-built experience are pluses. Architectural licensure is not required.
