Job summary

aitp GmbH, a modern general planner with nationwide presence in Germany, seeks an Architectural draftsman (m/f/d) in building construction to strengthen our team. You will independently create 3D construction and implementation drawings using CAD software and support project management in planning and executing projects.

Ideal candidates have completed draughtsman training, practical experience in building construction, and proficiency in CAD programs, especially Revit.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a draughtsman or equivalent qualification.
• Practical experience in building construction is preferred.
• Proficient in CAD programs, especially 3D drawing in Revit.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D construction and implementation drawings using CAD software.
• Support project management in planning and execution of construction projects.

In addition to its headquarters in Chemnitz, the company has locations in Dresden, Erfurt, Aalen and Munich. We are looking for a permanent position to strengthen our team as soon as possible:

Architectural draftsman (m/f/d) in the field of building construction

• Creation of construction drawings:
  You will independently create 3D construction and implementation drawings in the field of building construction using CAD software.
• Supporting project management:
  You will support project management in the planning and implementation of construction projects and contribute to their successful completion.
• Coordination with specialist planners:
  You will coordinate with various specialist planners and ensure that all planning documents are up to date.
• Compliance with quality standards:
  You will ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to ensuring project quality.
• Completed training as a draughtsman:
  You have completed training as a draughtsman or have a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in building construction:
  Ideally, you have practical experience in building construction and are familiar with the relevant requirements.
• Knowledge of specialist software:
  You are proficient in CAD programs, especially 3D drawing in Revit.
• Team player with strong communication skills:
  You enjoy working in a team and have excellent communication skills.
