Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience reading plans & specifications.
• Familiarity with Commercial Construction Industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage newly awarded project information through software.
• Contact customers to obtain project information.
• Organize missing documents related to projects.
• Detail projects including review of contract documents.
• Prepare shop drawings and schedules.

Skills

Excellent oral & written communication skills

Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook & Bluebeam

Excellent mathematical aptitude & problem-solving skills

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced environment

Education

Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

Tools

Detailing software (Comsense or Pro-tech)
