You will coordinate with contractors, architects, and project managers to meet schedules and budgets. Applicants should have experience reading plans and using detailing software such as Comsense or Pro-tech, plus strong Excel/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Experience reading plans & specifications.
• Experience using detailing software (Comsense or Pro-tech).
• Familiar with Commercial Construction Industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage newly awarded project information through Smartsheets and the company’s software (Comsense).
• Proactively contact customers via email and phone to obtain project information.
• Detail newly awarded projects including reviewing plans, specs and costs.
• Prepare shop drawings and submittals using approved manufacturer catalogs.
• Collaborate with contractor, architect and project managers to meet schedules and budgets.
