The candidate should know how to create and modify 3D BIM models and families with ease and understand what goes into compiling a set of Construction Documents.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience producing construction documents with Revit.
• Proficient in 3D BIM modeling and construction document sets.
• Passionate about Passive Building and Net Zero design principles.

Aufgaben

• Support projects from concept design through construction
• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models and construction documents using Revit
• Assist with architectural detailing, drafting, and coordination
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal project teams
• Prepare presentation materials and design studies
• Research materials, products, and building systems
• Assist with permit and contract document preparation and delivery
• Attend project meetings and collaborate with project architects and managers
• Participate in construction site visits
• Explore and support integration of new technologies and sustainable design strategies
