Green Key Resources is seeking an Architectural Designer in New York City with 5–10 years of experience to contribute to design development, documentation, and coordination on complex cultural, civic, and residential projects. The role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and delivering thoughtful, buildable designs for institutions and multifamily housing.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of architectural design experience.
• Experience with cultural, civic, or multifamily projects.
• Strong design sensibilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, mission-driven studio.

Responsabilités

• Support design development, detailing, and construction documentation
• Work in Revit across multiple phases of cultural, civic, and residential projects
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and public agencies
• Assist with zoning/code research, DOB submissions, and CA tasks
