Circular is a multidisciplinary design practice in New York seeking an Architectural Designer / Project Manager with 3+ years of professional experience. You will engage across concept, development, documentation, and coordination with clients and consultants.

You’ll work closely with leadership on design, construction documentation, and project delivery, with opportunities to grow responsibilities and influence across institutional, educational, and commercial projects.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of professional architectural experience
• Master of Architecture or five-year Bachelor of Architecture
• Proficiency in Revit and Rhino
• Strong design portfolio with academic and professional work
• Experience producing construction drawings
• Strong design judgment and problem-solving
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluency in English; ability to work in the United States

Aufgaben

• Participate in and progressively own project phases from concept to construction
• Research, conceptual design, and design development
• Coordinate with consultants and interior/branding teams
• Produce construction documents and documentation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Manage project organization and scheduling
• Contribute to designsolution development with rigor and clarity
