Job summary

Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking an Architectural Designer to contribute to innovative and sustainable projects across cultural, civic, and residential sectors in NYC. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver contextually appropriate architectural solutions from schematic design through construction administration.

You will utilize Revit, Enscape, and the Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality deliverables while prioritizing sustainable design and building performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably in NYC.
• Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite for design and documentation.
• Strong design skills with a focus on sustainable and high-quality architecture.
• Experience in all phases of project development, from concept to construction.
• NY Architecture License is preferred.
• Certifications such as CPHC, LEED, or Well accreditation are advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
