Little is seeking an Architectural Designer with a passion for high quality design for our Community Studio in our DC (Tysons Corner) office.

Responsibilities include conceptual design and support documentation, supporting construction document teams, and conducting research. Qualifications include a architecture degree, 1+ year experience, strong Revit and rendering skills, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 1+ years of professional work experience.
• On the path to licensure.
• Solid design and production skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extraordinary computer skills (Revit, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop) and presentation tools.
• Hand sketching ability.
• Self-motivation and willingness to learn about all aspects of Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Providing conceptual design and design support documentation (models, renderings, diagrams, drawings) as part of teams on various projects.
• Supporting construction document teams; learning about construction practices on sites.
• Support research.
