Little, a renowned design firm, seeks a Senior Design Architect to elevate the quality of work in the DC Tyson’s Corner office through strong design leadership and a collaborative approach. The role focuses on Community, Higher Education and Recreation/Sports projects and works with a transdisciplinary team to drive design excellence.

You will lead design from concept through construction, mentor team members, and cultivate lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience including project design leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; licensure or accreditation pursued preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with design communication ability.
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm and with clients.

Responsabilités

• Craft design concepts and present design strategies for multiple project typologies.
• Lead projects from concept through design development and construction documents.
• Provide design leadership and mentoring to team members.
• Maintain and grow client relationships with persuasive communication.
