Job summary

Qualified candidates will have 7+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, and a proven ability to lead design and mentor others, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional design experience with leadership track record.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; architectural license preferred.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts across diverse project typologies with a focus on Community, Higher Education and Recreation/Sports.
• Oversee concept design through construction documents and design development.
• Provide design leadership and client-facing guidance to the team.
