Job summary

Stantec invites a Senior Project Architect for Advanced Manufacturing to join the Buildings team in Denver. You will lead multi-disciplinary design efforts, coordinate complex projects from conception to construction, and ensure design excellence and regulatory compliance.

You will work with principals, clients, and internal teams, applying BIM tools and sustainable design principles while managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture is required.
• Registered Architect.
• A minimum of ten years of experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects of large and medium complexity/size.
• Collaborate with team leadership to monitor an efficient project work plan.
• Confirm scope, schedule, goals, priorities, budget and staffing.
• Ensure design intent is maintained through documentation and construction.
• Coordinate building systems to align with design intent.
• Develop space planning and adjacency diagrams in coordination with program.
• Present design to stakeholders during early phases.
• Lead project coordination and owner/site meetings.
