Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Architecture Designer III in Philadelphia, PA. You will participate in concept design, develop interior renovation concepts, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver construction documents.

Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination is required, with 2 years of relevant experience. The role involves lead design for interior finishes, lighting, furniture selections, and space planning; BIM management, and coordination across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
• 2 years of experience as Architecture Designer or related role.
• Proficiency with Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD and BIM coordination.
• Experience with 2D/3D modeling and construction document creation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in early-phase concept and schematic design workflows.
• Lead interior renovations and space-planning for new programs.
• Coordinate design across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other disciplines.
• Create and refine construction documents and technical details.
• Manage BIM coordination and clash resolution across disciplines.
• Assist in bid document development and submittal/RFI processes.
• Support interns and junior staff.
• Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week.
