Job summary

IA Interior Architects in Philadelphia seeks a Project Architect to provide design support, manage CDs, and guide project administration from development to documentation. You will coordinate with senior staff to solve technical challenges and oversee budget adherence while mentoring junior designers.

The role requires an architecture license, 8+ years of corporate interior experience, and strong skills in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.

Qualifications

Graduate of architecture or design school; equivalent experience may substitute.
Architecture license is required.

Responsibilities

Creates construction documents (CDs).
Review CDs for compliance with firm standards, codes and ADA.
May oversee CD production for smaller projects.
Coordinate with senior staff to provide technical solutions.
Manage project through contract administration phase.
Coordinate engineering consultant’s work for design solution and timely submissions.
Assist with field surveys when needed.
Manage contract administration budget and flag variances.
Mentor junior and intermediate designers.
