Job summary

INC Architecture and Design in New York City is seeking an Architectural Designer (Full-Time) to join its studio. The role focuses on BIM modeling, 3D visualization, and collaborative design development for high-end projects.

The candidate will work on AOR projects, coordinate with engineers and clients, produce construction documents using Revit, and contribute to presentations and rendering workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience as Architectural Designer.
• Professional Revit experience; high-end residential or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to render visually appealing designs; AI tool usage optional.

Responsibilities

• Create BIM models in Revit/SketchUp/Rhino and prepare 2D/3D visuals.
• Interpret design concepts into 3D models and images.
• Collaborate with engineers, clients, and consultants.
• Develop schematic blocks, plans, and documentation for filings.
• Produce renderings with Enscape and Photoshop; assist presentations.
• Support AOR projects from design to construction documentation.
