Job summary
STV Incorporated in New York, NY, seeks an Architectural Designer to contribute to planning, design, and delivery of complex architectural projects across public and private sectors. You will work within an integrated team from concept through construction documentation, focusing on Revit/BIM workflows and high-quality detailing.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture and 3–7 years of experience, with strong Revit skills, coordination ability, and a collaborative
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 3–7 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM-based project delivery.
- Experience producing construction documents across multiple project phases.
- Working knowledge of building codes, accessibility, and life-safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, construction documents, and detailing using Revit/BIM.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules with high accuracy.
- Participate in all project phases from concept to construction documentation.
- Coordinate with Project Architects, Managers, and engineering teams.
- Support code, accessibility, life-safety, and zoning research and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in BIM model coordination and quality control.
