A high school diploma and 3+ years of experience creating construction documents including plans and details are required. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in architectural construction documents.
• Familiarity with basic construction and engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify preliminary equipment layouts.
• Produce documents for construction contractor bids.
• Create as-built documents after project completion.
• Integrate vendor drawings into building drawing sets.

Skills

Experience creating architectural construction documents

Proficient in Revit

Education
