A boutique residential Architecture and Interior Design firm is seeking a motivated Designer and AutoCAD draftsperson for high-end custom residential projects in both architecture and interior design capacities.

1. Creation of schematic design documents
2. Integration of schematic designs into design development documents
3. Creation of 3D models using SketchUp
4. Preparation of full construction drawings
5. Coordination with consulting engineers
6. Liaison with government permitting agencies
7. Assisting in construction observation at sites

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture preferred but not required
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in residential design and AutoCAD
• Experience with private residential construction documents; samples required at interview
• Skills may be tested during the interview process
