About Us: Tripalink Corp. is a technology-driven residential brand specializing in co-living and standard apartments tailored for students and working professionals. We provide a high-quality, economical, and engaging living experience through attentive services and an all-in-one technology platform centered around the customer. Our app allows renters to search for apartments, e-sign leases, manage payments, request maintenance and cleaning, call community shuttles, access community perks, and sign up for events. Currently, we manage about 6,000 bed spaces across various cities including Los Angeles, Irvine, Seattle, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Tucson, Austin, Chicago, San Francisco, and Berkeley.

POSITION DUTIES:

1. Research and propose architectural design options, collaborating with the design team to achieve optimal designs for co-living buildings.
2. Create drawings and 3D models of floor plans, site plans, and roof plans using AutoCAD and Revit.
3. Design interior layouts of co-living spaces, including common areas, to showcase the co-living concept and optimize functionality.
4. Develop detailed 3D models of building façades using Revit.
5. Use Adobe Suite to create perspective views of building exteriors and interiors for presentations.
6. Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and local policies through research.
7. Stay updated with the latest architectural design trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's Degree in Architecture from a U.S. institution.
