In this role, you will convert sketches into CAD frameworks, produce construction drawings, and collaborate on details. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience, strong skills in Archicad, and knowledge of local construction processes. Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of architectural drafting/design experience, ideally 5+ years.
• Proficiency in Archicad (preferred) and Mac OS.
• Knowledge of residential construction processes and local zoning regulations.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented approach; familiarity with classical architecture terminology is a plus.
