An established, well-rounded Architecture firm is looking for an Architectural Designer to join their team. They seek a highly motivated designer capable of preparing architectural presentations, construction drawings, documents, and designing a variety of projects.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Project Architect on conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using Revit
• Create and revise drawings from redlined documents
• Review design documents and construction estimates
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and ensure document consistency across Civil, MEP, and Structural disciplines
• Engage with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet project goals

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years of architectural experience
• Degree in Architecture preferred
• Proficiency in Revit required
• Knowledge of design process, building codes, materials, and construction techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills, both independently and in teams
• Portfolio or samples in AutoCAD and Revit formats required

Compensation / Benefits :

• Base salary between $50,000 and $80,000, depending on experience
