Qualifications

  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and resolve technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Architectural licensure or active pursuit of licensure is highly preferred.

Are you an experienced architectural professional with a passion for healthcare design and a talent for technical coordination? We are seeking an Architectural Job Captain to join a growing architectural team in Pasadena, CA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on complex projects, values technical excellence, and enjoys seeing projects through every phase of development.

About the Role

As an Architectural Job Captain, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of healthcare projects, including hospitals, medical office buildings, clinics, surgical centers, and other highly regulated facilities. You'll be responsible for producing and coordinating construction documents, collaborating with consultants, and ensuring projects meet California healthcare and building code requirements.

This position offers the opportunity to be involved in all phases of a project, from schematic design through construction administration and project closeout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead construction document production for healthcare and other complex architectural projects.
  • Coordinate drawings and technical documentation with structural, MEP, and specialty consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with California building codes, Title 24, and HCAI/OSHPD requirements.

Compensation & Benefits
