We are looking for an experienced Polarion Architect/Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Your role
  • Design and implement Polarion ALM solutions tailored to client needs
  • Configure and customize Polarion workflows, templates, and reports
  • Integrate Polarion with other tools and systems in the client's ecosystem
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Polarion instances
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Polarion architectures and processes
  • Train and mentor team members on Polarion best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in Polarion implementations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Polarion
Your skills and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Polarion ALM
  • Strong understanding of ALM concepts and software development lifecycle
  • Expertise in Polarion administration, configuration, and customization
  • Experience in resolving performance issues in Production Polration environment
  • Experience with integrating Polarion with other tools (e.g., JIRA, Jenkins, Git)
  • Knowledge of requirements management, test management, and traceability
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Polarion ALM certification is nice to have
  • Experience with other ALM tools (e.g., IBM Rational, HP ALM) is preferred

The base salary range for the tagged location is [$76,200 - $178,290/Year].This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
