Job summary

BRR Architecture is seeking an Architectural Design Staff in Texas to contribute to retail, commercial and multi-family projects. You will support research, document design development, and coordinate with multiple disciplines to streamline project delivery.

Applicants should hold an accredited architecture degree, be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, and communicate clearly in a fast-paced, team-based environment. BRR offers comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Professional accredited degree in Architecture.
• Licensure not required.
• Ability to communicate complex issues in architecture effectively.
• Strong teamwork and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; capable with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate materials, building products, constructability and processes
• Produce detailed construction documents for projects
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Refrigeration and Structural disciplines
• Develop and assist in client and peer presentations
• Attend project and studio meetings
• Build, develop, and maintain client relations
• Assist in problem solving of production issues
• Responsibility for ensuring success of project
• Review architectural designs, production documents, and construction change directives
• Conduct site scopes, observation trips, and generate field reports
