Job summary

BRR Architecture in Dallas is seeking an Architectural Design Staff member to join a collaborative firm delivering retail, commercial and multi-family projects. You will assist in research, documentation, and lifecycle development across projects.

The role requires a professional accredited degree in Architecture; licensure is not required. Strong communication, teamwork and technical skills with Revit and AutoCAD are essential.

Qualifications

• Professional accredited degree in Architecture.
• Licensure not required.
• Must communicate complex architectural issues and graphically convey concepts.
• Desire to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Assist in architectural research, document/design development and program-wide implementation.
• Detail-oriented with confidentiality and information sensitivity.
• Strong communication, problem solving and presentation skills; able to work with all teammates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate materials, building products, constructability and processes.
• Produce detailed construction documents for projects.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Structural disciplines.
• Develop and assist in client and peer presentations.
• Attend project and studio meetings.
• Build, develop and maintain client relations.
• Assist in problem solving of production issues.
• Review architectural designs, production documents, and construction change directives.
• Conduct site scopes, observation trips, and generate field reports.
