Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Senior Architectural Manager to lead architectural visioning and design for CCRCs and repositioning projects in the Baltimore area. The role focuses on aligning with established standards, shaping resident unit design, and guiding overall architectural direction across development and existing communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in architectural programming and design, consultant coordination and construction administration.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior housing and/or multifamily experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with corporate and community partners to develop cost effective building programs per Master Plan and models.
• Update Master Plans and Capital Plans for existing communities as required.
• Work with Design team to ensure guidelines and brand standards are implemented on new developments.
• Coordinate with ESL Interior Design and Engineering Teams to update Life-Cycle Plans and renovation projects.
• Assist with developing budgets for life cycle and facility projects.
• Provide project guidance, including meetings, drawings and specs review to ensure Erickson brand conformance.
• Attend construction progress meetings, site visits, and mock-up reviews to maintain design conformance.
