The role focuses on conceptual planning, design development, and rendering preparation for mixed-use, commercial, and multi-family projects, collaborating with the project team through all design phases.

Qualifications

• Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Experience with mixed-use, commercial and multi-family design preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop 2D and 3D presentations and early design studies for review.
• Field measure existing building spaces to prepare as-built plans.
• Interpret design intent into technical documents.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical designs.
• Assemble design/construction standard details to develop project booklets.
