Job summary

Intrinsic Development is expanding its architectural design team in Missouri to support upscale mixed-use and multi-family developments. The Architectural Design Associate will contribute to concept planning, design development, and rendering preparation while collaborating with the project team through all phases of design and construction.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and strong skills in REVIT and AutoCAD, with an interest in mixed-use and commercial project design.

Qualifications

• Degree in drafting, architecture, interior design, or related field.
• Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Exposure to mixed-use, commercial & multi-family apartment project design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop 2D and 3D presentations for site plans, floor plans and exteriors for project team review.
• Field measure existing building spaces to prepare as-built floor plans.
• Interpret and translate design intent into technical documents.
• Coordinate with manager the architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical designs to determine a graphical representation of the building plans.
• Assemble design/construction standard details with direction from manager to develop project booklets.
