Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in architectural field; commercial office and multi-story experience required.
• Architectural degree preferred.
• Self-motivated, well organized, excellent problem solving and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required. Knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe CS preferred.
• Practical knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques related engineering principles and building codes.
• Knowledge of BIM Best Practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex designs into clear and concise detailed presentation and construction documents.
• Maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads.
• Management and coordination of clients, consultants and integrated design team.
• Coordinate production effort with careful adherence to the design intent proposed.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates and quality control within all project models.
