Job summary

DAVIS is seeking an exceptionally talented architectural/BIM support professional to contribute to design and project documentation phases. The role focuses on translating complex designs into presentation and construction documents while maintaining BIM standards and coordinating with clients, consultants, and integrated design teams.

The position requires 5–7 years of architectural experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the architectural field; commercial office and multi-story experience required.
• Architectural degree preferred.

Job description

DAVIS is looking for exceptionally talented and hardworking architectural/BIM support with strong skills throughout the design and project documentation phase.

Primary RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate complex designs into clear and concise detailed presentation and construction documents
• Maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads
• Management and coordination of clients, consultants and integrated design team
• Coordinate production effort with careful adherence to the design intent proposed
• Maintain BIM standards, templates and quality control within all project models

Required QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the architectural field; commercial office and multi-story experience required
• Architectural Degree preferred
• Self-motivated, well organized, excellent problem solving and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required. Knowledge of Sketchup and Adobe CS preferred
• Practical knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques related engineering principles and building codes
• Knowledge of BIM Best Practices
