Farnsworth Group is seeking an Architectural Associate III to join our team in Colorado. You will be a core part of interdisciplinary teams designing and delivering projects across market sectors, with a well-rounded AXP experience and ongoing ARE progress.

This full-time role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and coordination with consultants, while offering a path toward licensure and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 5-8 years of work experience in an architectural office.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Proficient use of Revit.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Navisworks, preferred.
• Experience with Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office, preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiencies in design and graphics software.

Responsabilités

• Assists the client/project manager with the development of project proposals, cost and scope.
• Prepares design and construction documents using the appropriate standards and works directly with consultants.
• Assists project managers with construction administration tasks such as attending OAC meetings, writing reports, taking minutes, reviewing shop drawings and submittals.
• Exercises independent judgment, coordinating decision making with the project lead.
• Works as part of a team including communication and coordination with team members in architecture and other disciplines.
