Job summary

Railcraft USA in Phoenix, AZ is looking for an Elite Fabrication Welder with at least five years of aluminum fabrication welding experience. This is not entry-level; the ideal candidate crafts high-end architectural railings, canopies, and related components with precision.

You will weld aluminum using MIG and TIG, read drawings, layout and assemble parts, and ensure tight tolerances and top-quality finishes. Red Seal or equivalent qualification is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of fabrication welding experience.
• Extensive experience welding aluminum.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Strong fitting and layout skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to produce clean, high-quality finished products.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate aluminum railing systems, canopies, decks, and architectural components.
• Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on aluminum materials.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and shop drawings.
• Layout, fit, tack, and assemble components accurately.
• Maintain strict quality standards and dimensional tolerances.
• Operate fabrication equipment including saws, drills, grinders, and welding equipment.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior welders when required.
